Caduceus's Gaze

Caduceus's Gaze is a third-person, dynamic JRPG exploration game. I was responsible for the texturing and level art for one month. For this level, we wanted to highlight the overconsumption and carelessness typical of disadvantaged neighbourhoods. The idea was to depict a lower-class town inhabited by a mix of the precariously middle-class and poor, characterised by concrete, damaged objects, garbage and a strong presence of exposed wires and pipes.

We also tried to represent over-consumption through the proliferation of advertising posters, which are present all over the map, to give an impression of visual suffocation and saturation.
